You’ve tried all social games you’ve come across, but failed to find one that would keep you occupied for more than a few minutes at a time. No wonder: most social and mobile games are copies of the same successful format, hoping to grab a slice of the same pie. Swapping candy, linking flowers – the symbols change, but the game is the same all over again. It is a vicious circle, with apparently no way out.

How about social casinos, you might ask. Well, how about not – I love to play the slots, but not when they are constantly nagging about how I should post to Facebook about my latest win. It ruins the experience for me completely. A game should be about playing it, not constantly showing off (and attracting new players into the game), right?

An alternative

Luckily I discovered a worthy alternative to social casino games – real money gaming operators. Before you yell “contradiction”, let me explain.

I stumbled upon Euro Palace in a piece of news about a new slot machine. I’m a fan, so I checked it out. I knew Euro Palace was a paid gaming website – so imagine my surprise when I found that all its games are available for free play, right on its front page. It made me curious, so I dug a bit deeper. And I discovered that it has even more games – more than twice as many as on its front page – in its downloadable suite. All I needed to do is register an account.

How to get started

Simple. Head over to Euro Palace using your desktop browser, register an account and download the software suite. Log on with your new account and select “Practice mode” when prompted. And voila – you are a registered user at Euro Palace, and you can play all of its games without it costing you a dime. Getting started at Euro Palace was easy, simple and quick.

Why is it free?

The “practice mode” has a specific raison d’etre – it allows new players to familiarize with the workings of an online gaming outlet before spending money on it. Not that it’s so tricky, but when it comes to real money gaming – that’s what the service really is about – it’s better to be familiar with it. Players have the chance to try out the games, see the promotions, get the hang of various game styles and experiment what works for them without having to risk a bit of their money.

This is a worthy alternative to social casino games, and a great way to spend some time online. And, aside from some special offers that arrive via email, it won’t cost you a thing.
