Top QBs Beat up After lowest-scoring Week 14
The old saying is that a high tide raises all ships – well the opposite is the same, too.
Week 14 was a fantasy wasteland, especially for many of the top QBs. But while some will complain that the likes of Russell Wilson, Ben Roethlisberger, Drew Brees or many others sank their fantasy playoff hopes, there’s a pretty big chance that their opponent also had a struggling star or two.
In fact, for the second year in a row, Week 14 proved to be the lowest-scoring week of the season. Be it the weather, the matchups, injuries and the like, it seemed that the football gods had it out for fantasy owners last week.
The news here, though, is that Week 15 last year saw 13 teams score 30 or more points. That would be a welcome bounce back after just three teams did last week.
