This trim Sherbrooke Street West newcomer is a coffee-and-sandwich shop by day and wine bar with a polished food and drink menu by night. Options include fried spelt with a garlic confit emulsion, sea bass crudo with green apples and lacto-fermented cucumber, and seared pork with braised fennel and apple puree.
