Man arrested in connection with Highway 20 hit and run
A 50-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a hit and run that took place along Highway 20 Wednesday morning.
The 17-year-old victim is still in critical condition, after being hit by a vehicle while walking along the highway near 55th Avenue in Dorval.
Longueuil police located the vehicle involved in Brossard and went on to make an arrest.
Police say they don’t believe alcohol was a factor.
The man is expected to appear in court via video conference tomorrow.
He will likely face a charge of hit and run causing bodily harm.
