The Ottawa Book Expo is extending the literary celebrations this 2020 by adding three more uninhibited days of literary grandeur. The local literary community is buzzing with the news that the Ottawa Book Expo will be extended to four whole days of celebrating the love for literature. Local bookworms will now be able to attend the event on June 7, 2020, and July 24-26, 2020.

The Ottawa Book Expo has heard the cries for help of desperate bookworms who need more days of pure literary celebration. In addition to the exciting culmination of literary wonder on the 7th of June 2020, the Ottawa Book Expo will be extending the grandeur to include celebrations on July 24-26, 2020.

Bookworms will no longer have to worry about not having enough time to browse the various selections. The festivities will start at 10 am and end at 5 pm every day so there’s certainly enough time to hunt and interact with all the authors and publishers.

If a four-day celebration wasn’t enough to completely excite bookworms, perhaps the presence of international authors and publishers will. In true multicultural fashion, the Ottawa Book Expo organizers have accepted the applications of authors and publishers from across the world.

In true celebration of the diverse cultures on earth, bookworms will not only find themselves amidst Canadian-rooted authors and publishers, but it will also find authors and publishers from as far as South Asia.

It seems as though the Ottawa Book Expo will be successful in inspiring bookworms from all cultures to explore their roots. The Expo can be seen as a celebration of different cultures and will be a step toward eradicating cultural ignorance—in the literary community at least.

If you’re tired of attending the same old book expos that feature the same set of mainstream authors, then consider attending the Ottawa Book Expo. This grassroots-oriented expo will not only showcase the vitality of the local literary community but also empower locals with different cultural backgrounds to celebrate their roots.

Support the literary industry by participating in the Ottawa Book Expo. Not many Expos are non-profit and focus on primarily helping the authors and publishers employ top of the class commercial promotional techniques. The Ottawa Book Expo has both of these qualities on top of being organized by literary and commercial giants for the sole purpose of adding a necessary vitality to the literary community.

The presence of international authors and publishers will only serve to gain the local literary industry and community alike. Bookworms will have access to titles not normally seen in local bookstores while authors and publishers will be able to dive deep into the inner workings of literary industries across the globe.

In the absence of competitive animosity, authors and publishers will be able to gain friendships and solidify partnerships from across a diverse pool of literary players around the globe.

It’s no secret that the dynamic nature of the literary industry keeps authors and publishers well on the tip of their toes. Due to the constantly changing nature of the literary industry, it would serve literary businesses—including authors, well to keep up to date on the latest trends, techniques and learn a few tips from fellow literary players as well.

The Ottawa Book Expo will provide a solid opportunity for authors, publishers and aspiring authors to gain a better foothold into the ever-growing literary community. After all, learning from talent across the globe will surely inspire authors to dive deeper and gain handy knowledge that they can employ in future work.

If you’re keen on being a part of a literary celebration that celebrates the vastness of the cultures across our planet, then the Ottawa Book Expo is the perfect event to attend. Spend the day—or four, unplugged and perusing literature from all over the world. Munch on a variety of local cuisine and all-time Canadian barbecue favourites as you go about the day socializing with like-minded folk.

It isn’t too late to grab a ticket! Book your unplugged day now and be present in the local literary event of the year. Frolic amongst books while you indulge yourself in old-time Canadian treats served by local restaurants and the Great Canadian Barbecue in collaboration between the Ottawa Book Expo and Smoque Shack.
