A witness has reported seeing an alien disc-like object in Surrey, British Columbia on 1 October, 2015 at 8:42 PM. This report has been obtained from a testimony included in the database of Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) and was posted on 2 October, 2015.

The witness begins her reported by describing where she was and what she was doing before the sighting.

“I went outside for a smoke with my husband at around 8:40, its completely dark out, no porch light on, nothing.”

She says that she heard a plane and looked up to see a curved line of lights floating or flying vertically in the opposite direction of where the plane was headed.

“I heard a plane, as i looked up to see the plane i noticed a curved line of lights floating/flying vertically the opposite directing of where the plane was headed.”

She reveals that she initially thought that she was mistaken and that the plane was out of sight.

“When i first saw it i thought it was just my eyes, i focused more on it,about 5 sec, by this time the plane was out of sight.”

The witness then goes on to describe the appearance of the UFO stating that it looked like a huge piece of plastic which was shining and had lights on the edge.

“It looked like a huge piece of clear plastic, almost as if it was shinning or it had a mirror like paint… (so hard to describe) with lights on the edge.”

She further elaborates that as the object got closer, she could not see the body anymore but there seemed to be a dome on the top and she could only see the lights on the edge.

“as it was getting closer i couldn’t see the “body” anymore, (it almost looked like it had a small dome on the top) now i could just see the small white lights on the edge of the object.”

She even confirmed with her husband if he was seeing the same thing.

“I was in awe… i promptly asked my husband if he was seeing the same as me and he almost missed it! “

However, even he started watching the object, while the lights started getting dimmer.

“He saw it though, He took a good look at it for about 10 or 15 secs as we watched the lights get dimmer and dimmer.”

She also discloses that they lost sight of the UFO because of a tree and failed to detect it afterwards.

“It became out of sight because of a tree and even though we tried to detect it again that was in vain. it was gone.”

She also regrets the fact that because her cell phone was inside the house, she was unable to take any pictures. She says that she could not stop staring at it.

“Unfortunately my cellphone was inside the house, so i didn’t take any pics nor recorded it. I couldn’t stop staring at it.”

She ends her account by saying that she does not know what to think of this experience but knows that it was not normal. Even though she likes to look at the sky, she has never seen anything like this before.

“I don’t know what to think of it but i know that wasn’t “normal”, i am a fan of the skies and i look up every time i can, I’ve never seen nor experienced nothing like it.”
