Can the Raptors Get Better or Have They Topped Out?

With their win over the Brooklyn Nets, the Raptors reached and passed the one-third mark of the NBA schedule.
The question becomes what is next for this upper echelon NBA team.
Is there room for growth? Have they topped out?
The most likely answers are yes, and no in that order.
Despite how well this team has played losing just eight games in the first third of the season, there are avenues to get better.
Three of those losses were to the Cleveland Cavaliers, one each to Golden State and the Los Angeles Clippers, and then a pair of tough-to-explain losses to a mostly poor Sacramento team. The only other loss came against Atlanta as Dwight Howard turned back the clock and looked like the Orlando Magic Dwight Howard for a night.
Letups, at least the kind that cost the Raptors games, have been few and far between.
